Vitamin D forms integral part of Human Defence Mechanism and participates in all cellular activities as adjuvant especially skeletal and muscle regeneration. It is called as bone building material.With calcium, it helps in bone growth.It is important immune system part and its deficiency result in deficiency of immune repsonse and hence the person gets easily infections like Covid etc.Hence one must keep his Vitamin D Level above 75 and should take its suppliments in the form of either Soft Gel Capsule or 5ml liquid bottle (called as Vit D Shots) of 60k Units.
